Optical input not working?

Hi,

I just recently purchased a Mixamp pro TR for xbox one. I am currently using an Earforce DSS on my console and the optical output works fine with it. When I connect my Mixamp to the console with the optical port there is no sound.

All settings are correct, bitstream, dolby digital. Just for reference I have an Xbox One X.

Not sure if there is any issues with that console and the Mixamp.

Any info?
